All products purchased from Green Mountain Tactical may be returned for an exchange or a full refund, with the following conditions:

• Special order items cannot be returned
• Items must be returned in original, resaleable condition.
• New items that were used (e.g., scopes mounted on a rifle) maybe be returned for a prorated refund. This is determined on a case-by-case basis, and is not guaranteed.
• In all cases, items must be return within 10 days of receipt, or within manufacturer's stated warranty period should item become defective within that period.
• Shipping and insurance fees are nonrefundable.

Special Order Items

All sales on special order items are final. There are no returns or refunds on special order items.

Conditions

In all cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges. For expensive items (e.g., rifle scopes), it is strongly recommended that returns be insured for their full value. Green Mountain Tactical will not be responsible for returns that are lost or damaged by the carrier.

Prior to returning any product purchased from us, call us at 1-888-416-7701 to obtain an authorization for a product return/exchange. If you return a product without first doing so, Green Mountain Tactical is under no obligation to accept your return. We will, however, always accommodate legitimate return requests.

Your Privacy

We are not in the business of selling email lists, address lists, or any other information about our customers. We will never give out any information about you to any 3rd party, period.
